Directed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha is an official Bollywood adaptation of the Tom Hanks-starrer Forrest Gump, which is based on Winston Groom’s 1986 novel of the same name.
Kareena Kapoor Khan will also make her digital debut in Sujoy Ghosh’s next, where she will co-star alongside Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. The film will be based on the novel The Devotion of Suspect X by Japanese novelist Keigo Higashino.
Following that, she will make her producing debut in an unnamed thriller in which she will also feature. The film is billed as a thriller. Hansal Mehta will direct the film, which is reported to be inspired by a true-life occurrence in the United Kingdom.
