Kantara actor Kishore compares #BoycottBollywood to Hooliganism

Kantara actor Kishore, who played a forest officer in Rishabh Shetty’s superhit film, has again made news due to his strong reaction to the Boycott Bollywood trend. The actor sparked a huge controversy by criticising the movement and comparing it to hooliganism.

The ‘She’ star took to social media to declare that it is time for the entire film fraternity in the country to stand up and support Hindi cinema by speaking out against the “boycott Bollywood” trend, which encourages people to abandon Bollywood movies, carrying extreme hooliganism by creating hate politics against B-town stars.

According to actor Kishore, our government, which is one of the biggest democratic governments in the world, has failed to maintain the security of a business or a sector.

He also states that an atmosphere where people from the same industry aren’t speaking has been created by fear, and it’s a clear disgrace to the government officers who are accountable to preserve laws and directives.

In conclusion, he stated that it is a clear violation of the law and is poisoning the entire society. Therefore, we need to stop it and punish the people behind it before this fire becomes capable of burning regional industries too.
