The film starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam seemed to have a good buzz in the media, however, it did not reach to its expectations.
Yet one can the performance on day one with so many other films releasing on the same day went to give a decent figure. As per reports, the first day started with an occupancy of 20 to 30 per cent and it went on to boost up to 40 to 60 percent in most of the places. The film has also managed to get a good advance booking that helped the film to prosper. Thanks to the presence of Ayushmann Khurrana in the film.
As per reports, the 1st day box office collection for Bala went to around 6.75 Crores, which is a decent figure for such a film with some unutual theme. The experts feel that the film will create a good word of mouth buzz in the media. As the film’s budget is somewhere of 25 Crores, the film is expected to get the amount in no time and thus would go into profit soon. The first weekend collection for the film is likely to surpass the budget of the film soon giving the makers a decent profit for sure.
