This week, we had a couple of movies releasing, which certainly included Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2. From the very first day, the film has done all wonders tolling to around 7 crores. The next day, the collection went slightly better as compared to the first day reaching to around 7.7 crores, while Sunday proved out to be much better than the other days, with the total figure reaching to around 10 crores. Hence together the picture for the sequel went decent as all these three days’ collection reached to a safer figure giving at the end of the day a very good figure.
As per reports, the first weekend box office collection tolled to around 24 crores, which is actually a decent figure after the release of the said film. Despite the India & South Africa One Day Match, the people were seen coming out and catching up the film making the mid budget film a decent grocer at the end of the first weekend. With the film has not managed to compete with movies like Hero and others like Bahubali with a collection of 21.2 & 22 crores respectively.
