Chiyaan Vikram sustains injury during rehearsals for ‘Thangalaan’ action scene
Actor Chiyaan Vikram is recently seen in Mani Ratnam’s multi-starrer historical drama ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ has sustained an injury during a rehearsal of an action scene for his upcoming film ‘Thangalaan’ and the actor will take a break from the shoot of his film.

About Thangalaan: Thangalaan is a period action drama helmed by Pa.Ranjith. The film is set in the 19th century and revolves around a real incident that happened in Kolar Gold Mines. The film will see Vikram essaying the role of the chief of an indigenous tribe. Apart from Vikram, the film also stars Pasupathy, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, and Daniel Caltagirone in pivotal roles.
Meanwhile, Chiyaan Vikram is enjoying the success of his latest historical epic drama ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2 which hit the theatres on 28 April. The film has managed to mint over Rs. 200 crore at global box office within just four days.
