Salman Khan back in Controversy as Journalist Files Complaint About Assault
For Salman Khan, the happy days are often short-lived. We now see the Bharat actor in another controversy when a Mumbai based Journalist called Ashok S Pandey lodged a criminal complaint against him. He has charged the actor and his associates for the assault case along with abuse and threat. The lawyers of journalist confirmed the same. The journalist Pandey happens to be the head of the News Channel called JK24x7 who seemed to have filed the said criminal case at the 10th Court, Andheri, against the actor.
He along with his aide Vijay and one more person along with his lawyer Neeraj Gupta has claimed the same. In a statement issued to the media, they said that the matter is now in the court and it will be heard on 12th July. Also, the court would decide if the police investigation is required in this matter. In the plea, the journalist claimed that he was driving to Kandivali from Juhu in his car when his camera person Sayyed Irfan saw Salman Khan on the roads cycling with his two people.
Pandey said that he got permission from the actor’s two aides before taking the picture. Only when they had given the permission they took the photographs. However, when he started shooting the actor, the two aides suddenly jumped over the car of Pandey and then assaulted him. He said that Salman Khan then came to him got his phone and also tried to break his device to erase the data from it.
Pandey then started moving and claimed that the actor again abused him while trying to grab his phone. Pandey then filed a complaint to the police after two months. Later he started getting calls from Salman’s end from his rep called Zohaib who tried to settle down things mutually but Pandy refused for any settlement.
