Veteran B Town actor Om Puri Passes Away with a Cardiac Arrest
We often define Om Puri to be one of the finest actors in Bollywood, however, this morning gave the baddest of bad news to hear the sudden demise of the actor Om Puri. The man who dominated the industry with his incredible acting performance has passed away at the age of 66 due to heart attack. The veteran actor passed away on January 5, 2016, at his own residence.
His close friend Ashok Pandit confirmed the report on the same via Twitter. He tweeted, “Sad & shocked to know that versatile actor Om Puri jee has expired due to heart attack early morning today. #RIP.” He was one of the best and most versatile actors in the industry. His sudden demise has given a vacuum in the industry, which will certainly going to take long to fill in B Town, in fact not just the Bollywood but other industries too wherein he has worked so far in his career of several decades.
Not to forget, from trying different roles to working in different film industries including both the Bollywood as well as Hollywood (remember East is East) the actor has left a huge impact in the fraternity. Bollywood mourns the death of the actor. A slew of top dignitaries including the Prime Minister Mr. Modi and many others have expressed their deep sorrow on this unfortunate loss in the B Town.
