OMG: Modi requested Anurag Kashyap to vote for him, check the screenshot
When 700 plus filmmakers, actors and artists from B Town asked the voters not to vote for people who vouch for hate politics and not supporting the BJP, it also included Anurag Kashyap. However, the latest revelation from Anurag Kashyap surprised many when he has got a WhatsApp message from PM Modi asking him to vote for the BJP. As we saw the 1st phase of Lok Sabha elections started yesterday, the promotion of the BJP and the Modi has been propelled. It reached to the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in a form of a WhatsApp message, which he shared it over his Twitter handle.
He took the snapshot of the message that he has got from Gouraksha Dhotre, the President of All India Cine Workers Association. The message asked the filmmaker to email his friends to vote for Modi and that will be further forwarded to the B Town circle and others with the email of Modi -iwillvoteformodi@gmail.com.The filmmaker informed that he is getting the message to send 1000 plus people within the Industry as a campaign, but he and his group has pledged for the contrary.
When Dhote was asked about this campaign, he said the body Maharashtra Navnirman Cineworkers Association is an independent group and that he believes in Modi and his ideology which was the reason he initiated the campaign to vote Modi. On the other side, we have hundreds of people from the industry who are against hate politics and asking people not to vote the BJP.
