Aashiqui 3: Kartik Aaryan roped in as the lead for the third edition of the iconic love saga
Aashiqui 3 is happening and we know you have all wanted it for a long time. It’s a dream come true for all the Aashiqui series fans who wished for its comeback with another sequel. Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy impressed the audience in the second edition, gaining some die-hard fans of the love series. Do you know who will play the lead in the third edition? It’s none other than your favourite Karti Aaryan. Bollywood’s young heartthrob will spread the magic of love again, this time in Anurag Basu’s romantic love saga.
Kartik has been signed for the project after years of hunting for the lead and the association of several Bollywood biggies with it. The actor himself confirmed the news by announcing his collaboration with the director Anurag Basu. As soon as he announced the project, fans started showing their excitement and congratulated him for bagging this iconic project. One fan wrote: “Excited,” while another wrote: “I am already getting goosebumps!!!”
Kartik also posted a picture with his Aashiqui 3 team and wrote, “Team A,” tagging Anurag Basu, Mukesh Bhatt, and Pritam. The makers of this movie are reuniting with Pitam once again to create a piece of magical music for it.
It was first reported that SOTY stars Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra would be considered for the role. however, the project never went on floors. Now, Kartik has been brought on board finally and we are eager to know who will be his love interest in the movie.
For the unversed, Kartik Aaryan has recently begun filming for his other romantic love saga ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ alongside Kiara Advani. He also has Shehzada, Captain India, and Freddy in his kitty.
