Veere Di Wedding 2 Is Happening as Kareena Kapoor Khan Confirms it
As Kareena Kapoor Khan is busy in her next film with Aamir Khan called Laal Singh Chaddha, we also hear about her other ventures. Recently she confirmed that her 2018 film called Veere Di Wedding will have its sequel soon. The film that did all the stir in the media with its unique and interesting star cast and the story is back in the news for having its sequel. The film had an ensemble star cast with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania besides Kareena Kapoor Khan.
It has gained mixed responses at the box office while critics too had mixed ratings for the idea and concept discussed in the film. The makers are planning for the sequel confirmed the Good Newwz actress. While talking to the media, the actress that Rhea Kapoor who is the sister of Sonam Kapoor is planning for a sequel considering the response she has got from the prequel.
Kareena called her experience working with the lady to be interesting and that they would soon be coming along with the sequel, which she would again like to be the part of it. As per the actress, it will take some time to get the script to reach the final space, however, they are trying to make the film hit the floor in the second half of this year, while it will hit the screens in 2021. Besides, this, she is also working with Karan Johar period drama called Takht with Alia, Ranveer and Vicky Kaushal to name a few.
