Sonali Raut is an actress and model who hails from Mumbai. She was born on 23rd December 1990 in Mumbai and was brought up at this place. She did her schooling from Army Public School and later went on to Mitibai College Juhu to complete her graduation in Commerce stream. She is the younger sister of Ujjwala Raut also an actress. While she was in college, she got the chance to be a model, hence soon turned the part and parcel of many ads and marketing campaigns. She walked on the ramp for a number of brands and designers showcasing attires and dress designs to people.
After her college, she started doing the modeling full time and soon also got the chance to act in small screen with the reality show called Bigg Boss 8 in the year 2014. The same year she got her first break in Bollywood movies called Xpose with Himmesh Reshamiya though the film did not do well she made her presence felt with her glam look. She also got featured for the Calendar Girl in the year 2010. She also did her photoshoot with Ranveer Singh and other bigwigs of B Town. Talking about TV, she appeared in Box Cricket League and Comedy Classed at Life’s Ok. She is also the part of Ekta Kapoor’s web series called Boss – Baap of Special Services.
While she was in Bigg Boss 8, she made headlines for all wrong reasons including trying to kiss her fellow contestant called Gautam Gulati along with slapping another housemate Ali Quli Mirza as she had heard him speaking ill about the lady. She also had to leave the house for her misbehavior from the reality show. The other time she made headlines for appearing in bold dresses in an Iftar Party in 2018. She is a fitness freak and love to the gym and maintains her figure. She did other films as well including Great Grand Masti playing Shiney and is the part of Adalat Diaries which is yet to be announced.
