Aamir Khan film Lal Singh Chaddha to hit the floor soon with his mother taking the first clap

Its been seven months since Aamir Khan has announced his film Lal Singh Chaddha and now we see the actor gearing up to bring the film on the floor. He has worked hard to get the looks he wanted to have in the film. It was earlier reported that the film would be extensively shot in Punjab along with 100 other locations in India and abroad even. Now, we have the update, the film will be shot in Mumbai along with slew other locations.

We have an interesting update from the makers of the film that Aamir Khan would have his wife Zeenat Hussain would kick off the shoot once the film would hit the floor in Mumbai. The reports also suggest that the film is going on floor on 31st October at the Yash Raj Films Studio based in Andheri. This is the first time in Aamir Khan’s career, which his mom will be giving the clap. The film happens to be the remake of a Hollywood movie called Forrest Gump with Tom Hanks in the lead roles. 

The film will be seen portraying Aamir in a Punjabi role for which he has grown his beard and hair and added weight as well. His character is likely to explore the historic events in the country including the Babri Masjid demolition and Operation Blue Star. The first shooting schedule would last for around 15 days and it will be based in Mumbai. Post this schedule, he would be heading to North India shooting both in Punjab and Delhi. Aamir would be showcasing different avatars in the film, while he has lost 20 kgs for the same. The film also has Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role.
