Not Again! Ranbir & Alia starrer film Brahamstra delayed again, check reason
The film Brahmastra starring Big B, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor along with Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna have been the most anticipated film at the moment. Thanks to the science fiction content in it. However, the Ayan Mukerji directed movie is back in the news for getting delayed in the release date. Its seems that the film would keep the audience to wait for a few more weeks to catch.
This time the makers have the reason to avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar starrer film Prithviraj and Dhaakad starring & Kangana Ranaut releasing on the same day. The film Brahmastra was supposed to hit the screens during the Christmas 2019 but then it got delayed to an early summer 2020 release. Later Ayan came out with the reason that they have lots of VFX effects to be done and that he is not willing to compromise on the quality thing that again delayed the film to few more weeks.
But then the film Brahmastra is Delayed again to avoid the Clash of the two films. The film was supposed to be released in Diwali 2020. Karan Johar has confirmed this new date of its release for the film. He said that till then the extensive VFX and patchwork would be complete. The makers were supposed to make an official announcement for the same in the media but considering the clash with Prithviraj and Dhakkad, the makers are in two minds to release it. And if reports are to be believed, they would now embark with a new release date perhaps in 2021.
