After his last film India’s Most Wanted, Arjun Kapoor is back in news for his next film Panipat. The film is Ashutosh Gowariker’s next venture. Arjun would be seen in a different look for the film where he plays Sadashiv Rao Bhau the valiant Maratha warrior. As per the latest updates, the makers have now roped in with Zeenat Aman who would be playing a good role over the silver screen in a cameo character in the period drama.
Its been a while to see the lady on the silver seen but with Arjun Kapoor starrer movie, she would be seen in the role of a feisty Mughal warrior lady called Sakina Begum. She would be playing the ally of Arjun Kapoor’s character in the film. Though she has a cameo role but her character is strong and powerful enough to feel the heat in the film and thus give a good direction to the story. Talking about her character she is based in Hoshiyarganj and lead the province staying away all kinds of politics in her region.
She had an interesting role to play for the Peshwas when they asked her help against the Mughals. Talking about the film the director said that it is an honor to have Zeenat Aman in his film. He then said there are many more things to be seen in the film that everyone would get to see in the film. He said he is excited to work with the lady and is very much impressed with her humility which she maintains till date despite having the stardom. Ashutosh has worked with the lady earlier in the film Gawaahi in the year 1989.
