Madhuri Dixit, is preparing for her latest release Maja Ma on Prime Video. According to the reports the actress recently made a large purchase. The legendary actress paid a whopping Rs. 48 crores for a luxurious flat in Mumbai’s Lower Parel. The apartment has a view of the sea.
According to the reports the sale was completed on September 28th, this year, by the seller, Calleis Land Development Private Limited. The actress bought the apartment in Indiabulls Blu, Lower Parel. Madhuri Dixit paid Rs. 2.4 crore in stamp duty. The property has a total area of 5,384 square feet and seven parking spaces.
Madhuri Dixit was reported to have moved into a new apartment in Mumbai in March 2022. The actress and her husband, Sriram Nene, have moved into a seaside home with their two sons. The actress has been paying rent of Rs. 12 lakh per month. The house is 5500 square feet and is located on the 29th floor of a high-rise building in Worli.

Meanwhile, Madhuri Dixit has been promoting Maja Ma, her upcoming film. Maja Ma is a family entertainer produced by Leo Media Collective and Amritpal Singh Bindra, directed by Anand Tiwari, and written by Sumit Batheja. It is set against the celebratory backdrop of a traditional festival and a quintessential, colourful Indian wedding.
