Ameesha Patel reveals she was trolled as she came in a Mercedes while Hrithik Roshan arrived in a Maruti during Kaho Na Pyaar Hai shoot
In the year 2000, Ameesha Patel made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai.’ In the love drama, the actress romanced Hrithik Roshan, which went on to become a cult favourite. Ameesha recently spoke out about being labelled a snob and brat in the early stages of her career.
According to the actress, she was presented as arrogant and snobbish because she would never engage in “idle gossip and whining about people” on set. People made fun of the fact that she arrived in a Mercedes while Hrithik arrived in a Maruti on the first day of shooting, according to the actress. Ameesha remarked that she didn’t want to brag, but it was her background that forced her to do so.
Ameesha is recently shooting for her upcoming film Gadar 2 wherein she will be seen sharing screen space with Sunny Deol. Speaking about the shoot, Ameesha had told BT, “It’s a very homely environment. I enjoy being bossy on the set (laughs). I can throw any tantrums I want to. I am just laughing and joking even in the harshest conditions at work. That’s the magic on set when you team up with people you get along so well with.”
In 2000, Ameesha Patel made her acting debut in Hrithik Roshan’s Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, which was directed by his father. She went on to star in films like Gadar and Humraaz. Her cinematic career, on the other hand, did not reach the heights that we had hoped for.
