Made In Heaven’s Sobhita Dhulipala Depicts an Out of the Box Spy for Netflix Bard of Blood

The Made in Heaven actress Sobhita Dhulipala was very much liked after her enormous works for the series. Playing the role of a wedding planner, the talented actor made a mark with the show. Once again, she will be seen playing a part in the OTT world in quite an out of the box avatar as a tough spy for Netflix’s Bard of Blood.

Made in Heaven’s Tara aka Sobhita Dhulipala is very soon going to return the OTT space through Netflix’s espionage drama, Bard of Blood. The thriller series is supposed to begin streaming on the OTT platform from September 27.

Very recently Netflix has dropped in a new teaser of the same introducing Sobhita Dhulipala’s character as Isha Khanna. In the teaser, Isha can be seen as a frustrated individual who has been continuously denied from mission postings. She is seen expresses her displeasure to her senior (played by Rajit Kapur). He then assigns her to a special mission of accompanying Adonis aka Kabir Anand (played by Emraan Hashmi) taking his to Balochistan.

In the teaser, all over bruised Sobhita can be seen in a pretty tough badass look playing around with all kinds of guns. Sobhita Dhulipala will be playing a pivotal role in the series along with Emraan Hashmi and Vineet Kumar Singh. The trio is then sent to Balochistan on a rescue mission of their agents who have been captured and have been ordered to be decapitated.

Bard of Blood is a book adaptation from Bilal Siddiqi’s bestselling book by the same name and will be composed in a seven-part Netflix India Original. The show has been produced under the collaboration of Netflix and Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.

In a very recent interview on one of the media platform, Sobhita mentioned that the show has “political undertones” but views the field agents from a human lens. She further added, “This show explores gender dynamics and fear. All these subjects like agents and Taliban; we consume them in cinema, books or news. But we forget they have beating hearts, they sweat, they get scared, etc,” said Sobhita Dhulipala who added that this is the first time she did action and it made her realise how artistes can end up limiting themselves.”
