Chiyaan 60

As the lockdown is gradually opening up, we see some movement in the B Town as well. There seemed some speculation that claimed the filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj will be doing a film with actor Vikran and his son Dhruv, while Anirudh Ravichander will be taking care of the music in this venture. The filmmaker was quick to share the news on his Twitter handle confirming the news claiming that he will be producing with Lalith Kumar with his banner Seven Screen Studio.

You can check what the filmmaker has to say about this news as under while he also added the film poster with it:

Talking about the film, it is his first collaboration with Vikram and his son Dhruv and they all seemed excited about it. Hence we see the hashtag #Chiyaan60 trending on the Microblogging site since evening. As per reports, the filmmaker met Vikram last year during the shoot of his latest film and then narrated the story to him. It is a gangster drama movie, which is made in the backdrop of Chennai.

The rest of the cast will be finalised soon. Meanwhile, we see the director also gearing for his next film Jagamae Thanthiram’s release with Dhanush as his leading man. The film was supposed to be released in May but was pushed ahead due to the lockdown.
