Needless to say, we all love to watch Netflix. Due to lockdown, we all have a special bent towards online streaming series. Like all of us, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is also a fan of the online series ‘The Crown’. How do we know? Well in his latest post he had appalled the series. The series has recently premiered its fourth season that comes out as a big hit. This particular primarily focuses on the story of Princess Diana and also her relationship with the royal family.
Big B appreciated the series and further mentioned that “AND the CROWN in all its glory continues .. what performances .. what writing .. and what a learning on the English language pronunciations .. custom, tradition, ceremony, history, opinions, monarchy … all rolled into one absolutely ‘cannot stop watching’ experience.” It is a definitely big deal to be praised by the superstar.
The series has been created by Peter Morgan. It is based on the British Royal Family, at the same time as also making some commentary on the nation’s politics. The star cast includes Claire Foy, Matt Smith, Vanessa Kirby, Olivia Colman, Helena Bonham Carter, Greg Wise, John Lithgow, Tobias Menzies, Charles Dance, Josh O’Connor, Emma Corrin, and Gillian Anderson in key parts.
Over the various seasons, it has created an intriguing story revolving around the royal families, their thought processes, and accounting for various incidents. The Crown has been taking inspiration and it is focused on the drama and not with real accuracy.
So, for those who love drama and looking for interesting family and family cannot afford to miss ‘The Crown’ and now as Big B has shown his interest and praise, it is going to be a must-watch.
