Sooryavanshi & 83 to Release in Diwali and Christmas Respectively

The films Sooryavanshi and 83 have been pushed for the release of the obvious reasons. All thanks to the unprecedented COVID Pandemic leading the shutdown of theatres in the country. Now, we see the update coming from the makers, as the PVR Pictures has tweeted about the same. The films Sooryavanshi and 83 are now going to hit the theatres on Diwali and Christmas respectively.

Talking about these films, Sooryavanshi was supposed to release in April and similar was the story of the cricket saga film 83 in the same month. However, with the Pandemic going on in the makers of the films pushed the release date. Also, the makers were not keen on going for the OTT release. Considering the fact that the makers intend to release the film at the big level.

Talking about the films, 83 has Ranveer Singh in the leading role, and it deals with winning of the ICC Cricket World Cup in 1983, whereas it has Deepika Padukone playing the character of Romi Bhatia besides, the ensemble cast, including Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk amd Saqib Saleem.
