Navdeepak Singh Chahal is an actor and model who hails from Mansa, Punjab. He was born on 11th November 1978 in the said place and was brought up as well. He did his schooling from his hometown and then headed to Patiala for pursuing his studies in Mechanical Engineering from GP Batala. However, while he was a student, he started getting offers from modelling and appearing in Punjabi music. This gave him the chance to get good music videos of leading singers.
Chahal then entered into modelling and won the Mr Punjab title in 2000. He came up with his first music video called “Jattan De Putt Saadh Ho Gaye” emerged as a big success. After he got success in modelling and in Punjabi music videos, he then headed to Mumbai to do something big. He soon got the chance to work on the small screen with the Ekta Kapoor show – Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which was produced by Balaji Telefilms. Later he got the chance in the Punjabi film Yaaran Naal Baharan.
In the year 2011, Chahal was seen signing up Shivendu Kaushik in Mrs Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, which was aired a Broadcast on Zee TV. But soon he left the show in March 2012 and then they turned up for the shoot for the Bollywood movie – Ek Tha Tiger. He then was seen participating in the AXN adventure show called Fear Factor where he bagged the championship. He worked in TV shows including Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Adaalat, Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, Kaash Mere sizzlinge and Radha Krishn. Some of his recent films include iPhone Mann, Yaarana, Pinda Vicho Pinda Sunida, Yeh Hai India, Chicken Biryani, Tiger Zinda Hai, Captain Abrar, Haunted Hills (2020) and Hum Sab Ullu Hain (2015). Recently, he was seen in the Netflix film Toorbaaz released in December with Sanjay Dutt as the leading man.
