The action and drama movie of Rajnikanth finally hit today, which is coincidentally the Birthday of this superstar as well. Released in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil, the movie had a slow start in the north, but as far as the south it concerned, the start was good in the morning and afternoon show, which geared up at higher rates of occupancy. As per reports, the movie has been released worldwide starring Rajnikanth along with two gorgeous babes including Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty.
As per reports, the occupancy report in the morning and afternoon shows went to around 40 percent in the north, while in the south it touched to around 70 percent, which is really a cool. However, as the evening shows came in, the occupancy report was seen reaching to 100 percent especially in the south, while in the north it was close to 80 to 85 percent, which is again good. Thus the Linga first day box office collection went to around 25 crores, which is likely to increase in the first weekend making the movie enter soon into the 100 crore club.
