Shruti Haasan gives a savage reply to troll who ask for her ‘lip size’

Actress Shruti Haasan often gets trolled for her looks, however, this never came her way to deliver her best performances in the films.

The actress who is set for her upcoming film recently did a Q and A session with her Instagram fans. However, a troll shamelessly asked her ‘ What is your lip size?’. The actress, however, took it quite wisely and responded in her savage style, ” ‘Will there also be lip size?’ Indeed it’s the most epic real. Isn’t it?

Shruti has already been body-shamed and called fat on the internet, and she has been chastised for being overweight. When asked about it in a daily engagement with a leady, the Vakeel Saab actress said, ” Honestly, I have not been mocked down recently, but there are a lot of people who say ‘oh she is getting married, ‘she has become fat’, all of this. At that point, it hurts, because I knew I had health issues. I knew that I have never taken enough time in 10 years to take care of myself, and every human being deserves that. I needed some love and silence and self-introspection to be me”.

Shruti Haasan, who has been out of the spotlight for a while, was active on social media. She used to frequently share her gothic outfit, which earned her a lot of trolling. Shruti said in interaction how people referred to her as chudail, ” When I took a break from the movies for a while and started focusing on my music, writing stories in London, I decided to go back to the same. Some people didn’t understand it and said she looks like a vampire, horror/chudail,”.

She further added, ” I used to be like it’s okay you can call it whatever you want. You can keep calling me chudail, that is my aesthetic and it makes me feel powerful. Now they gave up”.

On the work front, Shruti Haasan will appear in Prashanth Neel’s action drama Salaar opposite Radhe Shyam actor Prabhas.

The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films and stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu in lead roles. Salaar was scheduled to be released in theatres on April 14, but the producers have opted to postpone the date. They defended their decision by citing production delays caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.

The actress will also play a lead role in Chiranjeevi’s Mega154. This project, which has been generating news for quite some time, is directed by KS Ravindra. Bobby will direct the project, which is billed as a “mass entertainer.”
