Makers of Dulquer Salmaan’s yet to be titled film drops Mrunal Thakur’s first look as Sita
It’s Mrunal Thakur’s birthday today and the makers of Dulquer Salmaan’s yet to be titled film decided to surprise her fans. The makers dropped the first look of the actress from the film.
While Dulquer will be seen playing the role of Lieutenant Ram, Mrunal will be playing Sita. This is the first time Dulquer and Mrunal have joined hands for a project.
Sharing the poster, Mrunal Thakur wrote, “Here’s a gift from me to you on my special day! Here to conquer your hearts with the lovely Dulquer Salmaan.”
The makers dropped Dulquer’s look last week. Director Hanu Raghavapudi said the actor “poured life into this character with sheer hardwork.”
Mrunal was last seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Toofaan. The film was appreciated by the audience. Co star Farhan also wished the actress on her birthday and wrote along with the photo, “Happy birthday Mrunal Thakur. Wish you all you can ever want and more. Stay your amazing self, always. Big hug”.
Meanwhile, Mrunal is quite busy with multiple projects. While she is doing a Hindi remake of Telugu film Jersey’s Hindi, which stars Shahid Kapoor in the lead role. Earlier while talking about the film she said, “Jersey is very close to my heart. It’s a remake of a Telugu film with the same title. The story is very beautiful. It’s very interesting”.
