Mithila Palkar looks back on her ‘Little Things’ character Kavya in the Netflix show

The final season of the popular show ‘Little Things’ is all set to release. From season one to we have seen both the characters evolve and grow. Actress Mithila Palkar who essays the role of Kavya in the show talks about how her character has developed in the show.

In an interview with IANS, Mithila said: “Kavya started off being a little unsure of what she wanted to do in life.”

“The first season ended at a place where she was very, very unsure of her liking for what she was doing in terms of her job. She has this conversation with Dhruv where she says ‘I’m quitting, and just sees where life takes me.” Mithila Palkar said.

She further added: “In the second season, I remember that she had grown up a little bit, their relationship has grown a little bit and she gets the job of her dreams, she gets a great pay raise. In the third season, I think she adulted quite a bit, because she has a sense of not just herself, but everything happening around her – in terms of her relationship with her parents and her relationship with herself, not just Dhruv.”

The actor feels her character is “just grown up as an individual.” Talking about her journey on Little Things, Mithila said, “Little Things is a show that is very close to my heart. Kavya is a character that is going to stay with me forever. It’s been an incredible journey with Dhruv, my directors, and the fabulous crew. The final season nudged me to go back in time and relive my journey as Kavya for one last time. I am hoping audiences enjoy this season as well and celebrate their bond with Dhruv and Kavya.”

“I personally relate to Kavya the most from the third season,” she added.

Directed by Ruchir Arun and Pranjal Dua, the show will release on Netflix on October 15.
