Kareena Kapoor is the stepmother of Sara Ali Khan. So, it would be interesting how the two met the first time. The two met long back when Kareena was not married to Saif, and his marriage with Amrita Singh was on still on. It was during the making of Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum when Sara met her first time along with her mother saying that she has been a big fan of Kareena revealed Bebo in the Karan Johar Talk Show. She told Sara came with You Are My Sonia dress to her wanting to meet saying that she has been her biggest fan.
We know Sara doing her debut with Kedarnath and coming out with another called Simmba with Ranveer Singh that turned huge at the Box Office. When asked how Saif proposed Kareena then disclosed how it all happened. It was during the making of the film Tashan in Greece when Saif stayed back and wanted to propose her. He stayed there and then proposed when they were shooting for the song called Challiya Challiya. This is where he went and asked if Kareena would marry him.
Saif came to Kareena and said he wanted to marry her and want to spend the rest of his life with Bebo. She then said is he mad but then Saif kept on insisting on finding a church to get married. She said Saif kept things clear stating that his children Sara and Ibrahim will remain important to him but still would like to marry her. She said that he was clearly single and wanted to marry. But then Kareena asked him to propose the lady in Paris and then it all happenned, and they dated a couple of years before getting married in 2012.
