How The Sky Is Pink’s Producer reacted to Zaira Wasim’s Decision to Quit B Town
Its no more a secret now to see the Secret Superstar actress Zaira Wasim announcing her exit from Bollywood. From stardom to the idea of chaning her life to a different note, she discussed her exit in detail over a social media post. This has come to a big shock to many including for the star cast and makers of her next film The Sky Is Pink. She will be playing the character called Aisha Chaudhary who happens to be a motivational speaker who is diagnosed from pulmonary fibrosis.
The film has Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in the lead role and somewhere is a comeback film for Pee Cee. The movie is all set to hit the screens in October while the star cast and the makers are gearing up for the film’s promotion. So, when Zaira Wasim has announced her exit from B Town, her absence in the promotional events would be noticed and she will be missed on the same. Talking about the event, the makers (Sidharth Roy Kapur) has released a statement.
It read that Zaira is a talented actress and they are lucky to have on board for the film. It further said that she has remained very professional in her work while doing the film with them and that her decision is personal and she has taken with great thought. It said that they are supportive of her decision. The Dangal girl has been active in the B Town for the past five years and has bagged the National Award for the Best Supporting Actress for her role in Dangal. She was seen in another film – Secret Superstar and now would be seen in The Sky Is Pink.
