Radhika Madan is an actress who is active both in TV and films. She was born in Delhi on 1st May 1995. She did her schooling from DPS (Delhi Public School) and later went on to complete her graduation from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, New Delhi. She loved dancing since her young age and started learning various forms from the age of 8 learning different dance forms like Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet and other dance forms. She also worked as a dance instructor. Her childhood has been like a tomboy as she used to play cricket with boys in her young age.
Her career in acting started when she got her first chance to work in small screen starting with Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi in the year 2014. She worked in the TV show for around two years playing the character – Ishaani Vaghela/ Ishaani Parekh. She then appeared in reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8 and Nach Baliye 7 as a contestant and guest respectively. She also participated in Box Cricket League in season 1 and 2. After trying her luck in TV, she got the chance to be on the silver screen. She got her debut in B Town film which was a comedy-drama film called Pataakha in the year 2018.
The film revolved around the lives of two sisters who always fought from childhood to adulthood, she played Champa ‘Badki’ Kumari in it. The same year she got the chance to work in film Mard Ko Dard Nahi sizzlinga wherein she played the character of Supri in it. She will be seen in Angrezi Medium starring Irrfan Khan playing the reel daughter of Irrfan Khan. Besides, she also did two TV shows – Cinta Dari India,Iss pyaar ko kya naam doon 3, and Dhoom 2. Talking about the awards, she bagged a couple including Zee Gold Awards, Indian Television Academy Awards, Television Style Awards and Indian Telly Awards for the debut fresh face award for the show Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. She bagged the promising actor fremale at Star Screen Awards for Pataakha.
