8 Summer cold drinks that keep you fresh and hydrated!

Once upon a time, most of the cold drinks were made at home during the summer days, but the rush of changing times has made our daily routine very dependent on the market. For this reason, there are a variety of easily available soft drinks available in the market today. But these soft drinks can also be harmful, which most people do not pay attention to. Short-lived carbonated cold drinks have been scientifically proven to be quite harmful. Many substances harmful to the body have been found in soft drinks.

So this summer, you and your family do not face this issue, try some such healthy drinks, by drinking which you will be able to remain healthy and stay away from the heat of summer effortlessly.

You can drink Thandai to remove the heat. There are many flavors of Thandai available in the market. All you need is milk and sugar. To make this, mix two spoons of Mach Thandai and sugar according to taste in a glass of milk and mix it well. Then drink it yourself and give it to others also.

To make its juice, grind the watermelon in the mixture and sieve it and serve after mixing sugar, black salt and chaat masala as per taste.

Buttermilk is like nectar for summer. In Ayurveda, drinking buttermilk after a meal is considered good for health. Digestion remains good by taking it with food. Also, it is easily digested. To make this you need  Curd, roasted cumin powder, mint powder, asafoetida, black salt and cold water are all that is needed. Take a cup of curd and fatten it, then add a cup of cold water and all the spices and mix it.

7) Jaljeera

Who can forget the taste of Jaljeera? It is a traditional cold drink and is very beneficial for the body. It protects you from heatstroke and keeps the digestive power healthy. Ready-made powder of Jaljeera is available in the market. People make it easily at home by mixing mint leaves, lemon, green coriander, roasted cumin, black salt, ginger, asafoetida, black pepper, etc.

8) Bael sherbet

Bael’s sherbet saves you from heat as well as protects you from many diseases that occur in summer. Many times it has a panacea-like effect in diseases like dysentery, diarrhea, constipation, ulcers. There is hardly any patient with constipation, who does not show its effect after eating 100-150 grams of bael or drinking its sherbet. It must be kept in mind that completely remove the seeds from the pulp of the vine, then mash it with water and make sherbet. Drinking bael’s sherbet two-three hours before or after any food or drink gives better benefits.
