Meanwhile, Manushi will be making her Bollywood debut with Yash Raj Films’s film, Prithviraj. The film is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Based on Prithviraj Raso, an epic poem composed in Braj Bhasha language about the life of Prithviraj Chauhan, a Rajput king from the Chahamana dynasty.
She was cast in the film as the Princess of Kannauj, Sanyogita, Prithviraj’s adored wife, after multiple auditions and trials. She will appear with Akshay Kumar, who will play Prithviraj, the main character.
