Here’s what Nadav Lapid said about the Vivek Agnihotri directorial

Yesterday night, Nadav Lapid spoke about The Kashmir Files in the festival and stated: “ It felt like propaganda, filled with vulgarity which isn’t suitable to compete in such an honoured film festival. While I am expressing my opinion here on stage, I am fully comfortable and conscious. In this festival spirit, we can certainly accept a critical discussion which is required for art and life. ”

As per reports from the news agency ANI, the organisers of the film festival preferred not to comment on the statement.

After his statement, Anupam Kher replied to it and said that it looked pre-planned and it is shameful for him to state this. Lipad has caused pain to thousands of victims of the Kashmir tragedy. May god give him some wisdom so that he at least spares peoples’ suffering and doesn’t use them for his motives.
