“I am blessed with the right person as my fitness trainer Vinay Kaashiv” Naousheen Sardar Ali

Naousheen Sardar Ali who rose with the fame ‘Kkusum’ with sony television soap Kkusum. She was the first actress to do Indian Pakistani peace show called “Ana” She later did telly shows like Pyaar Ya Dehshat, Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga  and The Adventures of Hatims Queen Ruda.

The actress tells soon her fans will see her in daily friction. Actress adds, “I can just say I will be coming back on tv very soon with StarPlus. But dont want to talk much more. This will be my third show with Star but after a long time. Kalchakra and Haina Bolo Bolo being the first two and I’m looking forward to it.”

When asked about kind of project she interested in, “I have a great sense of humour and I have been craving to do a comedy but somehow I get to be tragedy queen. People love to see me cry.(Laughs)”

Talking about the changes she see from years back she debut to Tv till now. she adds, “Televisions’ progress in india has been slow and steady. After the boom in 2001 to 2005. But somehow the longevity  of shows is not what it used to be. And with mass reach with social media like facebook, twitter insta or others, the Fan-Star relationship  has also changed. The mysteriousness  is lesser. Now there is no standard formula or so the producers are trying their best to come up with every possible  story telling from snakes to makkhi. After all audience is king. I look at it as a ice cream parlour visit. They give you all kind of taste spoons till you settle for one.”

The actress also made her bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatts’ Three –Love, Lies and Betrayal and “Do Dilon Ke Khel Mein” adds, “I’m so excited and happy with my new found workout, workout is an old passion for me but I am happy to explore new technique these days. I have always loved the gym. But now this is like an anti gravity bootcamp ,Trx and kettlebell training. So there is more of use of gravity and core body weight not the old school gym nither that something is wrong with that. Workout is good in any form. The zest form suits me best. It was my new years resolution and I am so happy I got the right teacher or my Fitness trainer Vinay Kaashiv.  Because all my weight loss plans have been in vain in the past. This time I am in the best shape of my life and strongest at my core. My skins never been better because of my diet (Which I can’t share winks) My aim is lara crofts body and I’m 70% almost there (laughs). I workout 6 days a week. Workout is like religion for me. I follow it with discipline and enjoy it at the same time.”
