It was reported a month ago that Jr. NTR is going to be making his Bollywood debut in Yash Raj Films’ upcoming spy thriller ‘War 2’.However, neither the project’s creators nor the rest of the cast and crew has made any official confirmation of the same. Finally, the film’s lead star Hrithik Roshan has confirmed his face off with Jr. NTR in ‘War 2’ as he wished the actor on his 40th birthday today.

Hrithik took to Twitter to wish Jr NTR on his 40th birthday and also confirmed his collaboration with the actor in the tweet. His tweet reads: “Happy Birthday @tarak9999! As soon as Hrithik dropped the tweet, it went viral on social media and fans of both stars expressed their desire to see them on screen soon. One user wrote, “wahhh this one is unexpected both my favs can’t wait to see you on screen together.
“You both are gonna set the screen on fire super excited for war2,thank you for confirmation Happy birthday #JrNTR ” wrote another user.
Along with their acting, both stars are known for their dancing skills in their respective industries and some fans are also eager to see them in a dance battle.
War (2019), starring Hrithik and Tiger, is part of YRF’s spy universe and the highest-grossing film of 2019. After Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), the recently released Pathaan (2022), and the shortly to be released Tiger 3 (2023), War 2 which will be helmed by Ayan Mukherji, will be the sixth film in the YRF spy universe.

Meanwhile, NTR Jr. will next be seen in Koratala Siva’s action drama. The makers just yesterday announced that the film is titled ‘Devara’. Scheduled to be released on 5 April 2024, the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor as a female lead and Saif Ali Khan as an antagonist.
