As he presents OMG 2, Akshay Kumar is all set to speak about ‘relevant problems.’ The actor stated the film is a “honest and sincere effort to reflect on serious social issues” as he shared the new poster. He is depicted in the posters as Lord Shiva’s incarnation. Sharing the posters on his verified Twitter and Instagram account, the actor wrote, “Karta kare na kar sake shiv kare so hoy’ Need your blessings and wishes for #OMG2, our honest and humble attempt to reflect on an important social issue. May the eternal energy of Adiyogi bless us through this journey. har har mahaadev.”

OMG 2 is produced by Cape of Good Film, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde and written and directed by Amit Rai. On Thursday, October 21, Akshay and the actors of OMG 2 began filming in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. They have a 17-day shoot plan in MP. In Ujjain, they will film in Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple, Ram Ghat, Kaal Bhairav temple, and Tower Chowk.

Akshay Kumar has a number of flicks under his belt. Recently, Akshay launched Gorkha, a new film based on the life of combat hero Major General Ian Cardozo of the Indian Army’s famed Gorkha Regiment. Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan directed the film, which was produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma.

Yesterday the actor wrapped his shoot for Ram Setu and wrote on Twitter, “In the photo – or in life – there’s always that beautiful streak of light above dark clouds. Wrapped the Ooty schedule of #RamSetu. Hope the divine light always guides us through thick and thin. ??
