Recently, in an interview with Sriti Jha, the actress opened up about leaving the TRP’s top show Kumkum Bhagya and participating in a reality show.
Sriti Jha said, “The story needed to move on, and it’s moved on beautifully. It was for the well-being of the show but we had to move on because the story had to move on. It’s doing so well and it’s amazing to see that happening because I am very close to the people who are on the show right now and I am in touch with the team and everything. I gained so many friends so there’s no loss out there.”
Talking about her decision of participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi, the actress said, “I am not very brave, I am afraid of too many things, and I have too many inhibitions. So in that respect, I don’t have an upper hand at all. This is a really bizarre show. It makes you do crazy stuff. There is no way you can prepare for these kinds of things. This is the preparation for the rest of your life I think.”
Earlier, the actress had also stated, “I am excited, thrilled and very nervous because all of us, all the contestants who are participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi, are putting ourselves in unknown territory. We are willing to put ourselves in a scary situation. More than anything I am extremely nervous.”
Sriti Jha had also discussed her phobias and approach to appearing on the show. She admitted that she is terrified of everything and that choosing just one item is tough for her. She went on to say that she is afraid of most things, therefore her sole plan is to have fun, even if she isn’t winning. She expressed her desire to have a wonderful time.
