Reports: In the wake of Aryan Khan’s arrest, Shah Rukh Khan has cancelled a commercial shoot with Ajay Devgn!
Shah Rukh Khan has kept his presence in the city to a minimum. According to the ETimes, SRK was scheduled to shoot a commercial in the city on Wednesday, but due to the current conditions, he did not show up. Ajay Devgn was supposed to star in the commercial.
According to ETimes, SRK was scheduled to be there for the shoot at first, but called it off about 3-4 p.m. “Around 20-25 bouncers have been stationed on the sets of Shah Rukh Khan and his vanity van has also been at the studio since morning. But it was only around 3-4pm that the superstar called off the shoot. He was scheduled to share the frame with Ajay Devgn, but decided to cancel the professional commitment, possibly because of the troubled time he is facing in his personal life. While Ajay Devgn had reported on the sets earlier today and will complete today’s schedule,” the source told the portal.
After being detained in the cruise drugs bust, King Khan’s son Aryan Khan remains in NCB detention. Aryan Khan was denied bail on Monday, and the court remanded him in NCB custody until October 7. Aryan Khan’s case will be heard again in court tomorrow, Thursday.
Satish Maneshinde, the star kid’s lawyer, claimed in court that Aryan Khan should not be placed in NCB custody based on “mere WhatsApp chats.” Even though drugs were recovered from Aryan, the NCB argued in court that his WhatsApp discussions allegedly hinted at worldwide drug trafficking and selling.
