uri box office prediction

The Vicky Kaushal starrer film Uri- The Surgical Strike released last Friday seems to be going unstoppable at the box office. The film so far has gone strong over the box office after the end of the first week. The film is based on the Uri attack, which was carried out by the Indian Army to avenge the death of 19 Indian soldiers. The film has an ensemble cast with strong and good ratings both by the critics and audiences. This has helped to create a good word of mouth buzz in the media. It has helped the film to perform in a big way, beating the other film The Accidental Prime Minister released on the same day.

As per reports, the film in Rs. 70 crore at the box office outperforming films like Stree, Raazi, Badhaai Ho, and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. As per the trade pundits, the film’s collection went smooth. The first-day collection went to score 8.20 Crores, followed by 12.43 Cr and Sunday went the highest with the collection 15.10 Crores, which went the way like 10.51 cr, 9.57 cr, 7.73 cr, and 7.40 cr the rest of the days. The collection went to around 70.94 Crores. Interestingly, the film with no higher star value has performed the way which others like Razi and Badhaai Ho have performed. It was Taran Adarsh that enlisted the collection with this figure.
