Happy 75th Independence Day! Salman Khan to Shah Rukh Khan, here’s how Bollywood celebrated
Today India is celebrating its 75th Independence Day. On this day the Prime Minister also hoists the national flag and gives a speech at the Red Fort. It is a tradition started by the Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru, who hoisted the national flag above the Lahori Gate of the Red Fort in Delhi in 1947. This year, the Government of India has organized several programs under ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohtsav’, the theme of which is ‘Nation First, Always First. To mark this day, the government has also set a target of hoisting 200 million tricolors.Â
Meanwhile, Bollywood Bhaijaan Salman Khan is also celebrating the occasion of Independence Day. He took his Instagram handle and share the photo, holding the flag in his hand. Sharing the photo Salman wrote in the caption, “Wishing everyone a very happy 75th Independence Day.. Jai Hind”. We can see Salman in the photo that he is wearing a white shirt and black pants and waving the flag with the staff and everyone has a sweet and happy smile on their face.

On other hand, Shah Rukh Khan hoists tri-color in Mannat with his family. SRK shared the video on his Instagram handle. Sharing the video he captions, “Teaching the young ones at home the essence and sacrifice of our Freedom Fighters for our country India, will still take a few more sittings. Getting the flag hoisted by the little one made us all FEEL the pride, love, and happiness instantly”. It can be seen in the video that SRK and his family are wearing white outfits.

 Sara Ali Khan has also shared a collage photo on her Instagram story, her mother Sara Ali Khan is also in the photo. In Sara’s collage photo, she is wearing three colors saffron, white and green. Sara is looking very good in three photos and her way of celebrating Independence Day is also good.
Kareena Kapoor Khan has also shared a video on her Instagram story waving the flag. Vande Mataram Song is being played in the video. Sharing the video she captions, Happy 75th Independence day!
Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma has also shared a photo on her Instagram handle with her husband Virat Kohli and has an Indian flag behind her.
