Sunny Deol gets accused of cheating producer Suneel Darshan, taking his signing fee and not working on his project.
Sunny Deol was a popular Bollywood actor in the 90s with too many major hits on his list to count. However, the actor doesn’t appear much in films now. The latest news about the actress will leave you all in shock. According to a statement from the producer, Suneel Darshan, Sunny cheated on him at a point in his career.
The producer with whom he did films like Inteqam, Ajay and Lootere has opened up about the incident which caused a dispute between them. He blamed Sunny for accepting a signing amount from him and then denying to go ahead with the project.

In a conversation with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Suneel said that he and Sunny were in a difficult situation once, and he later realised the actor’s lack of interest in the project. He disclosed that he had to release the movie Ajay with no climax as Sunny was in London and refused to return on time and shoot for the last sequence. Surprisingly, the film turned out to be a hit.
He further added, “Sunny forced me to make a promise to support him in the next stage of his career. I contributed one year to it, and he also promised to work on my next movie. He was signed up for it and financial obligations were met. “
But when Sunny couldn’t make a film called “London” with Bobby Deol and Karishma Kapoor, he eventually came back to India. Suneel then thought that it was finally time for them to collaborate on this pending movie, but then Sunny excused him again by saying that the ‘subject’ needs polishing, which made the producer feel doubtful. He said, “I began to doubt his intentions there.” The film’s title was “Jaanwar” and it eventually starred Akshay Kumar, who was a struggling actor in those days.”
“I decided to give some more time to him. However, due to financial issues with some other project, I had to ask him to return my money. But he never did that. In the end, it came to a point when I realised that I should move on without waiting for him anymore.
At that time, actor Akshay Kumar connected with him for work. Suneel signed Akshay and believed that he would give his 100% on the project.

Let us tell you, Sunny Deol was extremely popular in the 1990s but struggled in his career for a few years. The actor will now star in R Balki’s Chup: Revenge of the Artist, which is close to release. It will mark its entry into theatres on September 23rd, 2022.
