Shilpa Shetty joins Rohit Shetty’s cop series along with Sidharth Malhotra- see pic
Rohit Shetty only recently declared that his Cop world would be going digital. He revealed Sidharth Malhotra’s first look and welcomed him into his team. Since then, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding this project, and now the filmmaker has decided to amp up the enthusiasm with yet another exciting news. He posted the first look of Shilpa Shetty, who would be joining Sidharth in the Cop universe on OTT, on his Instagram account.
Shilpa Shetty is dressed entirely in black in the photo tweeted by Rohit Shetty. She was dressed in black jeans, a black blouse, and a black bulletproof vest with the word Police inscribed on it. She was stunning, with a serious expression on her face. The actress donned black sunglasses and styled her hair in a single ponytail. Shilpa walked ahead with a revolver in her hand, automobiles on fire in the background. “WELCOME TO THE SQUAD SHILPA!” Rohit Shetty captioned the photo. Expect gunfights, hand-to-hand combats, high-speed chases, and, yes, flying cars…INDIAN POLICE FORCE #FilmingNow.”

Earlier Sidharth Malhotra took to his social media and wrote, “Rohit Shetty’s cop universe goes digital tomorrow at 11am! @itsrohitshetty @rohitshettypicturez @primevideoin.”
A source close to the development had revealed that “Sid and Rohit have been discussing a probable collaboration for a while. Now and things have finally fallen in place with this web show. It will take off next year and will be helmed by debutant Sushwanth Prakash. Though it’s a cop-based series, the tone and treatment is very different from what the audience have seen in the digital world.”
