Meena to makes her web series debut with Zee5’s action-comedy, Karoline Kamakshi
Karoline Kamakshi, the web series will be marking the debut of Meena in the highly promising world of digital content. The series is known to be directed by Vivek Kumar Kannan, who is simultaneously working on his other feature film debut Boxer, starring Arun Vijay.
Meena will be soon making her OTT debut with this Zee5’s action-comedy, Karoline Kamakshi, which also stars the famous Italian model, Giorgia Andriani.
The story of Karoline Kamakshi apparently revolves around the two undercover agents – an Indian and a French – who are divided by character, yet united by work profile.
As per a released statement by its makers, it was revealed that, “Meena plays the role of Kamakshi, a Tamil Brahmin, who inherits the CBI job after her father’s demise. She is least interested in a taxing job like this, but survives through the work with her witty nature and intelligence. Karoline is a French undercover agent, who comes to Pondicherry on a vacation, but is forced to take up an assignment by her boss. These two contrasting personalities come together to trace down a scandalous gangster in order to retrieve a world-famous artifact, which carries international importance.”
The web-series has already gone rolling on the floors and audiences also like the idea behind the series presentation. Lets see if this series matches the level of the current ongoing trend in the OTT world.
The popular web series including Sacred Games 2 and Breathe 2 are also expected to roll on the floors very soon. This will be their second version, this time.
