Kusha Kapila Talks About Handling Trolls and Addresses Arjun Kapoor Dating Speculations: “I Need to Develop a Resilient Mindset

Social media influencer Kusha Kapila, who is all set to star in the upcoming films Thank You For Coming and Sukhee, recently opened up about how she deals with trolls and online negativity. Kapila, who was recently divorced from her husband Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia, said that she has a strong support system of friends, family, and colleagues who help her to stay positive. “I am so lucky and privileged to have those people in my life,” she told Zoom TV. “They make a circle around me which protects me.” Kapila also said that she has learned to ignore the trolls and focus on the positive comments.

“I think it’s important to remember that not everyone is going to like you,” she said. “But that’s okay. You just have to focus on the people who do.” Kapila’s comments come at a time when online trolling and abuse is becoming increasingly common. A recent study by the Pew Research Center found that nearly two-thirds of Americans have experienced some form of online harassment. For those who are struggling to deal with online trolls, Kapila’s advice is simple: “Don’t let them get to you.” She also recommends talking to a trusted friend or family member, or seeking professional help if needed.

“It’s important to remember that you’re not alone,” she said. “There are people who care about you and want to help.” She also announced her divorce from Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia posting a message on Instagram. In her statement she expressed her commitment with her dog called Maya, whom she and her ex loved a lot. Well, why not you check her post as under:
