Fighter Advance Booking: Deepika Padukone & Hrithik Roshan Starrer Generates Rs 3.50 Crore from Sales of Over One Lakh Tickets

The excitement surrounding Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan’s highly anticipated film, Fighter, is reaching its peak as the movie prepares for its grand release. With just two days remaining until its theatrical debut, the film has witnessed a surge in advance ticket sales, with over one lakh tickets already sold for day one, amounting to a remarkable Rs 3.66 crore.

According to Sacnilk, the breakdown of ticket sales includes 44,859 tickets for the 2D version, 6,070 tickets for the 3D version, 5,978 tickets for the IMAX 3D experience, and 1,567 tickets for the 4DX 3D experience. Maharashtra leads in advance ticket sales, contributing a staggering Rs 93.1 lakh, closely followed by Delhi, where tickets worth Rs 83.52 lakh have been sold. Telangana and Karnataka have also made significant contributions, with sales amounting to Rs 59.32 lakh and Rs 58.08 lakh, respectively.

In a delightful treat for fans, the makers of Fighter recently released an exclusive behind-the-scenes video showcasing the making of the song “Heer Aasmani,” which was shot in the picturesque landscapes of Kashmir. The video captures playful moments of Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Oberoi, and Karan Singh Grover engaging in a snowball fight and enjoying bike rides amidst the breathtaking mountains.

Deepika Padukone shared her insights about the song, highlighting its significance as a training and bonding anthem. She mentioned, “Heer Aasmani is the training/bonding song. This song was about us training, bonding, and getting together. When we were in Kashmir, a couple of lines, we had to lip sync, and it was freezing.” She emphasized the unity of the team and the fun-filled atmosphere, describing the experience as “always lots of fun.”

Directed by Siddharth Anand, known for his work on films like War and Bang Bang, Fighter delves into the lives of Indian Air Force officers. The film is set to hit theaters on January 25, promising an exhilarating cinematic experience for audiences eager to witness the dynamic chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan on the big screen.
