Synopsis: The eight episodes based series called Naxalbari is all set to release soon. The action-packed drama series has an interesting star cast with actors like Rajeev Khandelwal, Tinaa Dattaa, Sreejita Dey, and Satyadeep Mishra in the leading and supporting roles. The show will be aired soon on the popular digital platform called ZEE5. It is directed by the talented man Kunal Kohli, while it is produced under the banner called GSEAMS. The casting for the series is done by SS Bhari, while it is an eight episodes based series worth checking when it finally hits the OTT platform.
The series also has Aamir Ali in one of the leading roles in the show and the actor is making his debut in a digital venture. Talking about the series, it was shot in the dense forest of the Kokan region near Ali Bagh and other places. However, with the COVID 19, the makers shifted the base to Goa and shot in the locations of this place. Now, talking about the story of the show, it deals with the story of the Naxals, the rebel movement which started from the North and spread in other parts of the country as well.
This story is based in Gadhchiroli areas which happen to be a Naxal base. Rajeev plays the STF officer who comes in the Naxal belt with some operation to expose the Naxal gang before the police.
