The popular OTT platform Disney Plus sizzlingstar now seems to have gone official in India. It is hit live in the country amidst the COVID 19 lockdown, which seems to have delayed its launch in India. So, better late than never, the company seems to have embarked upon with a virtual red carpet event in the launch show coming up with the known series called The Lion and the premiere of The Mandalorian. The combo OTT brand would now bring out around 7,000 episodes of different popular and classic TV shows.
That’s not all, it also has more than 500 films that would be coming from the OTT platforms like Disney, Marvel Studios, Pixar, National Geographic and Star Wars. The catalog from sizzlingstar launched previously comprises of around 4,000 titles apart from the exclusive sporting events likely to stream soon. Along with the new additions, it is going to be a big threat to the other Indian big OTT Players including Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video along with other Indian OTT services like ALTBalaji, and Zee5 to name a few.
All thanks to the competitive cost in terms of plans that one can see from the Disney Plus sizzlingstar. They have loads of stuff to offer for free including the ones from Disney Plus to the sizzlingstar content while the basic plan including with ads would be offered to you at the cost of Rs 399/annually, while the premium services of Disney+ sizzlingstar Premium would be available at Rs 1,499/annually.
