KBC 14: Amitabh Bachchan turns matchmaker for a contestant; asks to share his views about his potential bride.
The presence of Amitabh Bachchan as the host of Kaun Banega Crorepati has become the selling point of the game show, and we can’t deny that there is no replacement for Big B in it. Bollywood’s Superstar also enjoys hosting this game show, and his bonding with contestants adds more to the entertainment. Amit Ji will host the show with a different group of contestants each week, and he has made sure the entertainment is high. You will realise this by watching the shared promo by the channel.
It is interesting to know that our Big B is going to turn into a matchmaker and he will guide one of the participants by asking him to share his views about the kind of bride he wants. He says, “Bataiye, Jeevan sangini kaisi honi chahiye?” The participant shares what qualities he is looking for in a girl and also says that he won’t be rejected now as Amitabhi himself did the marketing for him.”
The Jhund actor in another episode excitedly asked a teen participant about internet dating. He asked, “Ek baat bataiye bhaisahab, ye online dating kaisi hoti hai?” Everyone, including the audience, started laughing at this, and then Big B explained with a smile, “Yeh main apne liye nahi puch raha hoon.”

The megastar also talked about trolls and criticism people face on the internet on KBC 14 sets. During the game with a copywriter, Samit Sharma, Amitabh talked about the online world and disclosed the reason why he used the term EF at the beginning of his blogs. The actor revealed that EF means extended family, and the audience started clapping for him.
Amitabh later said that sometimes he fails to understand social media. He said, ” Kabhi Kabhi koi photo post krne par gaaliyan nhi pad jati hain.” Samit was surprised to know that a great and respected actor like Big B receives such a response too. Amitabh further said that someone showed him the comments section. “Kaisi Kaisi Baatein likhi hoti hain wahan.”
When Samit refused to believe it, the actor remembered one of the comments, ” Kya samajhte ho khud ko” and everyone present there started laughing.
