Amitabh Bachchan’s name, voice and image cannot be used without permission, the court’s big decision!
Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court that some companies are using his name, voice, image, and personality without his permission. And this incident has been happening for some time. He wants publicity and personality in his own rights. Being a famous public figure, Amitabh ji does not want anyone to use his identity without his permission.
However, Amitabh Bachchan has got relief from this. Justice Chawla has issued orders to the Authority and Telecom Department to immediately remove Amitabh Bachchan’s name, photo, and personality traits which are publicly available. Apart from this, the court has asked telecom service providers to give information about those phone numbers which are making illegal use of Bachchan’s name and voice. Apart from this, Internet service providers have also been asked to remove those online links which are spoiling Bachchan’s personality rights.
Actually, some companies are using Amitabh Bachchan’s name, voice, and personality in the wrong way. The actor has said in the petition that the people who are doing this thing are wrong. They should be controlled in the commercial industry. A lottery ad is also running in the name of Amitabh Bachchan on the social media platform, where his photo is displayed on the promotional banner. Apart from this, there is also the logo of KBC on it. This banner has been created by someone to mislead people. There is no truth in this at all.

According to reports, Senior Advocate Harish Salve presented the petition on behalf of Amitabh Bachchan. He told Justice Chawla that the personality rights of my client were being violated. He wants that his name, voice, and personality should not to be used in any ad. Due to this, his image gets spoiled.
