Fraud Case Lodged on Amisha Patel on Her Partner, Check the details
The Ajay Kumar Singh who is gearing up for the release of Jimmy Shergiel and Mahi Gil starrer film Family is back in the news and this time for lodging a complaint against Amisha Patel and her business partner Kunal Gomar. He alleged the lady and her business partner stating that the two were financed 2.5 Crores for a film which was supposed to be made since past few years but they never returned the money. Earlier the cheques that were issued by the lady also got bounced back.
The Mehul Atha directed film called Romcom which was Amisha and her partner’s first film hit the floor in 2013, but it did not work completely. The film had a couple of actors from the B Town and was supposed to get released in the recent past, but it did not happen claims the director. He said that he had made at one of the events at Ranchi and Amisha and her partner had promised that the film would release last year, but it did not happen. He said that the two had promised him to return the money.
He further informed that they had given them the cheque of 3 Crores including the interest of the money given to them for the past few years. He then said that he was forced to take this step and has therefore lodged a case in the Ranchi High Court for the forgery case. He concluded stating that Amisha and her business partner claim that they would release the film this year and that it would prove beneficial to them, but he then said he is not sure about their commitment and hence had to knock the door of the courts.
