Raj Kundra breaks silence on his alleged pornography case, says, “I was framed by a businessman and city cops”
Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty’s Husband, finally broke his silence on his alleged pornography case after a year. The businessman has made a written request to CBI for investigation, asserting in the pornography racket scandal. He has also claimed that Mumbai Crime Branch’s senior officers framed him along with another businessman.
He further stated that the whole case was conspired owing to a personal feud with that businessman. That person planned everything with some police officers to frame and get him arrested. To let you know, Raj was accused of being the lead in this racket scandal. The news agency mid-day has discovered that Kundra also mentioned the name of some cops in his complaint letter sent to CBIm and directed it to PM’s office too.
Raj Kundra was charged for producing pornographic films and streaming them on the Hotshot app. He has still kept preserved his statement saying the app was owned by his brother-in-law and never had any porn. In his application, he refused any inclusion with accused people in the case, adding that they were attacking him through this scandal.
The businessman stated that some officers in MCB were hell-bent to frame him in the case even when his name wasn’t there in a 4000-page long list on the charge sheet. All the spectators were forced to swear against him, he said. Sources also told mid-day that Raj Kundra is ready to provide information about many such witnesses.
As per the complaint application, the alleged cops infused their black money with businessmen to conspire and frame Raj.

“I lived silently for a year, tore apart by media trial and even spent 63 days in Arthur Road’s jail. Now, I am seeking justice from the courts, which I am sure I will get, and I have a polite request for an investigation against all these officers.”
To let you know, police arrested Shilpa Shetty’s hubby Raj Kundra along with his employee Ryan Thorpe on July 19, blaming him for a pornography racket. At that time, police commissioner Hemant Nagrale named him the main mastermind in the case. The two got bailed on September 19 last year.
Recently, he filed a layoff application before Killa court claiming his innocence and having no involvement in shooting porn or inappropriate content, and the allegations are false.
