Indian Idol contestant Farmani Naaz In Trouble? The Original Writer of ‘Har Har Shambhu’ To File A Case Against Her!!
Farmani Naaz is an Indian Idol 2021 contestant from Muzaffarnagar. The hidden singing talent of this 30-year-old was first discovered by Bhura Dholak who made her sing for a popular YouTube channel. Later, when Farmani’s songs became popular the same YT channel was named after her.
The YouTube fame and Indian Idol contestant Farmani Naaz have been making headlines for controversial reasons. The reason for this is she singing the viral song ‘Har Har Shambhu’. A small section of people specifically Muslims are upset with Farmani Naaz over the song and state that with this devotional song she has hurt the sentiments of Muslims.
To note the original writer of the song ‘Har Har Shambhu’ is Jeetu Sharma and it’s sung by Abhilipsa Pandey. Amidst this issue, the original writer has decided to take action against Farmani under the copyright act.
According to the Aaj Tak reports, recently in an interview Writer Jeetu Sharma stated that he is miffed with the Indian idol singer Farmani Naaz and he might file a case against her. He said, “I have no problem with her singing, but she is going everywhere saying that this song is her original version, while it is wrong. I wouldn’t have bothered with her if she had given my name in the credits. Farmani has broken the rule of copyright. If she doesn’t apologize then I will take legal action.”
During the interview, Jeetu also added that till now 310 versions have been made of the song ‘Har Har Shambhu’. While sharing the story of his journey he also said that he did not have money to record the song. He had to sell his car for just 60 thousand. Which was the only option left. He also said that if this would not be turned out to be successful, he would have quit YouTube.
